When booking Alma Nossa, you are staying in private houses, prepared with care, tranquility and respect for the surroundings.

Each house has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, calm and a serene experience. We kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care.

These rules are an integral part of your stay and apply to all guests.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in takes place between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and is carried out in person.

If arrival occurs after 8:00 PM, entry will be self-service via the key safe.

The code and detailed instructions will be sent in advance, allowing access at any time after that hour.

To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated arrival, it is essential to inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Portuguese law, Local Accommodation establishments are required to report foreign guests’ details to the competent authorities. To comply with legal obligations and occupancy control, all guests must complete registration prior to arrival. Before check-in, a link will be sent for online registration, where identification details of all occupants must be provided.

Occupancy

Each house has a maximum occupancy, which must not be exceeded.

Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property. The number of occupants must match the number confirmed at the time of booking. In the event of non-compliance, the reservation may be adjusted to reflect the actual number of occupants and the corresponding rate or, in more serious cases, the stay may be terminated.   

Bed Configuration

Each house includes one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds convertible into a king-size bed. The configuration of the second bedroom is prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Any changes to the bed arrangement must be requested prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, in accordance with Portuguese legislation. During this period, please be especially mindful of noise, both indoors and in outdoor areas.

Alma Nossa is designed as a place of rest; behaviour that disturbs neighbours is not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the houses.

This includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes and similar devices.

Failure to comply may result in specialised cleaning and additional charges due to odour removal and textile sanitisation.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the houses of Alma Nossa.

In accordance with Portuguese law, certified assistance dogs are accepted.

This exception must be communicated prior to arrival.

Outdoor Areas, Terraces & Barbecue

Outdoor areas must be used with respect for neighbours, especially during the evening and night.

The barbecue must be used responsibly and must not be left unattended while lit.

After use, the grill and surrounding area must be left clean.

The use of flammable liquids and leaving active embers unattended is not permitted.

Consumable Amenities

Each house includes the consumable amenities listed in the advertisement, provided for initial use.

For longer stays, guests are advised to purchase any additional consumables as needed.

Cleaning & House Care

The property does not include daily cleaning service. For stays longer than 7 nights, one intermediate cleaning with replacement of bed linen and towels is included.

Guests are expected to maintain the house in good condition throughout their stay.

Bed linen and towels are intended for normal indoor use only.

Waste & Rubbish

Waste must not be accumulated inside the house or in outdoor areas.

For daily use, the houses provide appropriate containers for waste separation.

Recycling points are also available nearby.

Equipment & Responsible Use

All electrical appliances and equipment must be used responsibly.

The use of additional heating devices or high-power equipment not provided by the house is not permitted.

Any malfunction or damage must be reported immediately.

Safety

The houses are equipped with all legally required safety equipment.

The use of candles, incense or any open flame indoors is not permitted.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or need for extraordinary cleaning resulting from improper use and will incur the associated costs.

Any damage must be reported as soon as it occurs.

Serious breaches of these rules may result in termination of the stay, in accordance with the terms of reservation. 

 

Before Departure

Dispose of waste appropriately.

Turn off lights, climate control and electrical equipment.

Leave the house in a clean and orderly condition.
