3. Prices and payments

4. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and modification conditions are those defined at the time of booking, according to the policy of the channel used. Guests are advised to review these conditions carefully before confirming the reservation.

Serious breach of these Terms and Conditions or the House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Situations involving risk, public disturbance or significant damage may be reported to the competent authorities.
