The house is arranged over two floors, with internal stairs connecting the ground floor and upper level. It includes a private patio and terrace, offering outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Free street parking is available nearby.

Lisbon can be reached in approximately 20–25 minutes by car via the Vasco da Gama Bridge.

The beaches of Costa da Caparica are around 40 minutes away, and Arrábida Natural Park approximately 35–40 minutes by car.

There are bus connections to Lisbon and bus stops near the house.

However, for greater convenience and flexibility — both within Montijo and when exploring the region — travelling by car is the most practical option.

Located in a predominantly residential area of Montijo, the house offers a calm and safe environment, ideal for unwinding away from busier surroundings.

Nearby, you will find cafés, small grocery stores, a few local restaurants and essential services for daily needs.
